Emily has been a dedicated bid professional since 2009, bringing a wealth of expertise across the full bid lifecycle. Like many in the industry, she initially found herself in the world of bids by chance, but has since cultivated a deep understanding of strategic tendering and proposal management.
Over the years, Emily has held a range of roles, including Bid Administrator, Coordinator, Pricing Executive, Process Executive, Content Manager, Bid Writer, Bid Manager, and Head of Bids. Her experience spans both the public and private sectors, with a particular focus on business services, construction, and energy. This extensive background equips her with the insight and strategic acumen to add value at every stage of the bid process, from initial opportunity
assessment to final submission.
Known for her professionalism, reliability, and drive, Emily is a highly skilled bid expert who delivers tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each project. Whether supporting bid strategy, content development, or process optimisation, she is a valuable asset to any team striving for success in a competitive bidding environment.

Craig Tee

Director / Head of Marketing & Business Strategy
Craig has been working in marketing and business strategy since 2011, bringing a wealth of experience in driving organisational success. His background spans designing and refining business processes and marketing strategies, through to leading large sales teams and delivering individual, team, and company-wide performance against targeted KPIs.
He is passionate about working with both emerging businesses to help shape their vision, and established organisations to strengthen and evolve their market position. Craig specialises in identifying growth opportunities, setting and tracking strategic objectives, and building and managing sales pipelines that support sustainable, long-term growth.
Known for his professionalism, organisation, and positive approach, Craig excels at building strong relationships and earning trust. He recognises that every business is different and tailors his approach accordingly, always focused on delivering clear, measurable results.
